Baked sweet-roll sliders, portioned and rebalanced. The rolls and cheese set a floor on the fat here, so this is the treat item of the group rather than a macro workhorse, but at 41g protein per serving it earns its place. Three sliders per serving.

Ingredients
12 Hawaiian rolls (1 pack)
18 oz (2 packs) lower sodium honey ham, 1.5 oz per slider
~6 slices prosciutto (1 pack covers it), half a slice per slider
12 slices sharp aged white cheddar (~4 oz total), one thin slice per slider, ~1/3 oz
1 avocado
1/2 onion, sliced
1 jalapeño, sliced
Steps
Prep (~5 min)
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Slice the onion and jalapeño.
Halve the prosciutto slices (half a slice per slider).
Slice the avocado, but don't add it yet, since heat turns it bitter and brown.
Cook (~10 min)
Layer the ham, prosciutto, cheddar, onion, and jalapeño in the rolls.
Bake 8–10 minutes, until the cheese melts and the rolls are warmed through.
Add the avocado after baking, sliced or mashed.
Leaner variation (~590 cal, saves ~5g fat, adds ~3g protein, ~15% less sodium per serving): three swaps stacked: halve the avocado and blend the other half into 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese (garlic powder, salt, lime) so it reads as a creamy sauce; split the meat 9 oz ham / 9 oz deli chicken breast; and drop the prosciutto from 6 slices to 3.
Notes
Make or break
Ham is the base, prosciutto is the accent. Prosciutto runs ~2x the fat of ham per ounce and drives the sodium, so a half slice per slider gives the cured punch without the cost
One slice of cheese, not two. Aged sharp cheddar reads plenty at 1/3 oz. Double-layering cheese is the easiest place to accidentally add 5g fat per slider
Avocado over mayo. Same creamy role, but monounsaturated fat and fiber instead of 10g fat per tbsp with nothing else
Load the onion and jalapeño for flavor and volume at no calorie cost
